In the below table, the prices are referred approximately for EACH BOOK SHIPPED. For a definite calculation, please go directly to the bookstore check-out section.

DELIVERY
We normally process and dispatch orders within 24 hours. This means that most products are usually delivered in 3-5 working days within UK and Republic of Ireland. Occasionally due to postal delays, particularly at times of the year when the postal service is very busy, they can take longer. We have to allow up to 14 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels. Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help to retrieve your goods. We apologise for any delay.

Europe A Delivery Times
For our purposes, Europe 3 includes Belarus, Bulgaria, Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey. Equally for our purposes, delivery rates are based on your country's location within Europe and not on EU Membership.
Standard delivery time is 7-10 days for Europe 3. So if you order an item with 24-hour availability, you should receive it 8-11 days after placing your order.
Priority Express delivery time is 2-4 days for anywhere in Europe 3, so if you order an item with 24-hour availability, you should receive it 3-5 days after placing your order.
EUROPE B (other European countries).
· Standard delivery time is 2-3 days for Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and The Netherlands, 3-4 days for France, and 3-5 days for the rest of Europe 1. So if you order an item that is in stock and you live in Germany, you should receive it 4-6 days after placing your order.
· Priority Express delivery time is 1-2 days for anywhere in Europe 1, so if you order an item that is in stock you should receive it 3-4 days after placing your order
North America Delivery Times
For our purposes, North America includes Canada and the 50 states of the USA.
Airmail delivery time is 5-7 days, so if you order an item with 24-hour availability you should receive it 6-8 days after placing your order.
Priority Express delivery time is 1-2 days, so if you order an item with 24-hour availability you should receive it 3-4 days after placing your order.
Japan Delivery Times
Airmail delivery time is 5-7 days, so if you order an item with 24-hour availability you should receive it 6-8 days after placing your order.
Priority Express delivery time is 2-4 days, so if you order an item with 24-hour availability you should receive it 3-5 days after placing your order.
Rest of World Delivery Times
For our purposes, Rest of World includes all countries not listed in Europe 1, Europe 2, Europe 3, North America or Japan. This includes all countries in Asia, except Japan
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
You may cancel your order if you wish within seven working days of receiving your order. All returns should be mailed with the original packing slip to:

If you paid with a VISA or MASTERCARD Credit Card, Cross House Books will cancel the debit completely, without generating any output.
Standard Returns Policy
After the 'no questions asked' 7 day period we will accept books for return in any of the following cases:
The book was found to be damaged or faulty
We will either replace the book or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you'd prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before dispatching a new one.
The book was incorrectly supplied
If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will of course be given. Provided the conditions above are met Cross House Books will refund the cost of all such returns provided the books are returned to us by the most economical method. The books remain your property until we have received them. Returns are accepted at the discretion of Cross House Books. Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment.
