Cross House Books recognizes the concern of our customers regarding privacy of information.
STORAGE
All information you give to Cross House Books is stored securely, and is not accessible to other users. Rest assured that any information you give to Cross House Books will not be distributed to any other company outside of Cross House Books or its affiliated partners. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Use of the collected data
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the European Union Laws).
We will use your data only for: sending you newsletters, information about promotions, discounts and contents about the activities of Cross House Books; to process your payment. We may, however, provide financial information to our account processors (including Banks and such organisations). In addition, you may notify us if you do not wish to receive any further marketing information from us.
We will not collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. However we will not pass your information to another trader unless you have given us your consent. Note that if your book is not available from our warehouse or suppliers in Italy and we have to obtain it from abroad, we will need to transfer the correct information to our suppliers outside Italy to fulfil the order.
